Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling in Greater Los Angeles Area And Orange County

Dynamic Quality Builders exceeded every expectation with our ADU garage conversion! From the very beginning, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows in the finished project. A special thank you to Esteban, our project manager, who kept everything on schedule, communicated clearly, and made sure every detail was handled with care. Mikey, his assistant, was always helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I also want to recognize Juan and the rest of the construction team. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and hard work were exceptional. They showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and treated our home with respect throughout the entire project. If you’re looking for a company to build an ADU or garage conversion, I highly recommend Dynamic Quality Builders. Their dedication to quality, customer service, and professionalism is second to none. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. Thank you to Esteban, Mikey, Juan, and the entire Dynamic Quality Builders team for an amazing job!

We just had our ADU done by DQB, and the team was great from start to finish. They kept our home clean at all times, which we really appreciated, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything turned out exactly as we envisioned. Highly recommended!

We hired DQB to convert our old two car garage into a living space for my mother. Honestly didnt think they could do much with the space but it turned out better than we expected. They managed to fit a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom without everything feeling cramped. The crew was respectful and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Really happy with the results and my mom loves having her own place.

We used DQB for a pretty extensive renovation of our home and had a great experience with them. The biggest thing for us was communication. We always had a good idea of what was happening, what was coming next, and when people would be at the house. We changed our minds on a couple of things along the way, and they were patient with us and helped us figure out what made the most sense instead of making us feel like we were creating a problem. The house came out great, but I also really appreciated how organized the project felt. Remodeling is never completely stress-free, but this was a much smoother experience than we expected. Very happy we went with DQB and would use them again.

Give Dynamic Quality Builders a call for prompt, professional and budget minded home improvements! Working with Dynamic Quality Builders (DQB) to bring our ADU project to life has been an incredible experience from start to finish. A special thank you to our Project Manager, Esteban, whose exceptional patience, guidance, and expertise helped us seamlessly navigate the design, planning, and construction phases into our dream reality. We were also thoroughly impressed by his brother Benny, who provided a complimentary, transparent quote to help us transform our garage into a fully functional space. Because of the outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism of the DQB team, this will undoubtedly be our next project with them. We highly recommend!
